Send Encrypted Faxes

When sending faxes using the eFax mobile apps, eFax Messenger software or the eFax web portal, your fax documents are automatically encrypted at SSL 128 bit encryption in transit to ensure your faxes are sent securely. 
Using high-grade SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) means your documents are transmitted encrypted by creating a secure tunnel protected by 128-bit or higher AES encryption. It means the data you want to send is kept secure and safe while being transmitted from your own device (Web, computer or Mobile) to FaxMate’s secure servers.

How it works

After activation, we’ll email you a link to the password-protected eFax Message Center. You’ll log in to your eFax MyAccount and view your faxes there. It’s simple, secure and confidential.
When you receive a fax, eFax will send you a notification email with a URL that takes you to the eFax MyAccount login over a Transport Layer Security (TLS) connection. Log in to MyAccount and you can view your fax. It’s simple, secure, and confidential.
